INCLUDES

Up to 5-6 hours of guest time: Ceremony | Cocktail Hour | Reception

Up to 5-6 hours setup and/or getting ready in theSUITES (hair, make-up, photos…etc)

Chairs | Tables | High Tops for up to 170 guests (linens/place settings provided by caterer or client)
Linens can be ordered through the venue’s linen company www.werentlinens.com

Onsite Parking on Chestnut St and Diamond St

ADD

Outdoor on-site ceremony – Discuss chair rental fee, setup/takedown wiith venue coordinator

+$150 rehearsal only for one hour (if venue is available)
+$125 per hour of additional setup time or when bringing in light fare for rehearsal.
End time must be 10PM – Additional hour 10-11PM $300
