We had our wedding at The Arches in October 2025 & I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the beginning Jane & Larry made us feel like we’ve known them longer than just meeting them. They were helpful, responsive & so easy to work with. They made everything feel smooth & manageable & I loved that Jane asked me all the right questions to kind of bring it all together. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, it is a blank canvas that you can dress up or down because either way it will still look amazing. This venue is also very versatile, you can truly make the day your own. Whether you want parts of your wedding indoors or outdoors, or use different areas like upstairs & downstairs, it flows very well. It gave us much flexibility & for any event not just a wedding. Our guests are still talking about Jane because she was that amazing & how beautiful The Arches is along with how much of a hidden gem it is, we grew up in Coatesville & so did a lot of our guests along with growing up going to The Arches when it was a church. They have completely transformed the space, you genuinely feel like you’ve stepped somewhere far beyond the everyday surroundings. We are so grateful we chose The Arches for so many reasons. If you are considering this venue for any event, I highly recommend it, you will be in great hands!

2 years in the making! We booked the arches 2 years before our wedding date! Jane answered every text and silly question I had leading up to our wedding day. Jane and Larry are fantastic hosts and now friends! The venue is perfect, clean, and well maintained. The use of the rectory was such an huge bonus with the grooms suite in the main building. All my guests were in awe of the venue and still tell me how beautiful it was. (Jane/Larry all thanks to you) also the freedom to use your own vendors was a big plus to us. We had a beautiful wedding and a day we will always remember!

My now-wife & I made a lot of clutch decisions when it came to our rapid-fire wedding. From engagement in early July 2025 to our wedding on November 1st the same year a myriad of choices had to be made. The Arches was one of our best. It’s a beautiful venue but let’s get real here, the best part of The Arches is Jane & Larry ❤️ the couple who run the show down there. They LOVE love and do everything they can to set the table for their couples to have the best day of their lives. Jane & Larry provided the perfect level of support, from our initial emails & phone calls to our multiple in-person visits to locking down all the last-minute details, we felt so well cared-for at every step. They are super accommodating and knowledgeable; their input was so valuable in our DIY process and everything they said could happen, did happen. Thanks to them we were prepared for it all, and so well-supported! On the morning of the big day Larry was there to greet is at the crack of dawn to get things set up, and Jane stayed with us until the very last guest departed and we had things cleared out @ the end of the night. During the day they were right where we needed them, when we needed them, every single moment. Jane even got some great candid shots of our day which was a nice surprise for us. We had such a magical day and without a doubt it would not have been possible without the effort of these 2 beautiful people. As for the venue, The Arches offers a super versatile layout; we got married outside and had cocktail hour in the basement but there was a contingency plan for poor weather that would have been just fine had it become necessary. The main area is gorgeous and easily accommodated our 140+ guest list. The Bridal and Groomsman suites are perfect for what they need to be. Lots of cool photo opportunities with the facility itself. Bring your imagination and make your day the day you want it to be! For our very tight timeline and limited budget, the Arches absolutely exceeded every expectation we could have had. We are so thankful for Jane & Larry for the roles they played on our most special day and we gladly give them our highest possible recommendation!

I just want to start by saying that venue is beautiful, but Jane and Larry really make the whole Experience feel like home. The Arches was what Initially drew us to the venue, the building has so much character and history… just ask Larry he loves talking all about it. We looked at other venues, most of them resembled corporate offices, or feel cold, and without personality. Jane and Larry helped more than we ever expected, from set up, to advice, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. They also treated our guest in the same way. I walked down to the basement at the end of the night and Larry was having a very heart felt conversation with one of my life long friends. Jane, aka, “boomer whisper”… was so easily relatable that we feel like she was part of the family. I couldn’t recommend the venue anymore than I already have though. If you want not only a venue, but a second home, this is where you need to have your wedding.

She not only coordinated with a local hotel to secure discounted rates for our guests but also arranged transportation options to ensure everyone could attend safely. It was an incredible relief to have someone so thoughtful and proactive on our side. Thanks to The Arches and Jane, my daughter’s wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and more. The guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue’s timeless beauty and warm ambiance (even with the snow), and we’ll always remember how special they made this once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Would highly recommend this venue! The classic yet modern design made this place very special. The bridal and groom suite were awesome and perfect for us. Jane is also great to work with and was always there to give vendor recommendations and plan. I did not feel like I was just some bride using some venue – it felt like the truly perfect place to celebrate something as important and beautiful as our marriage!

Just book it!! Don’t think twice. The Arches was the first venue I saw online during my search – immediately we knew the search was over. I even said that in my first message to Jane, and let me just start by saying I absolutely DID NOT regret NOT looking any further. From the story behind the beautiful church and rectory building next door, all of the amazing details inside, the gorgeous dark brown arches inside and gorgeous lanterns hanging – not to mention the original stunning gold organ on one of the balconies. This space can be transformed into absolutely anything and will be breathtaking. Not only is the venue amazing but the venue coordinators, Jane & her husband Larry, they go above and beyond. From our first tour, meeting them both, they were absolutely a plus to booking the venue. They immediately made us feel like family and I couldn’t thank them more for everything. I could go on and on and on about The Arches and Jane & Larry, but just please go find out for yourself!! I promise you won’t regret it. Love love love this place, the people, and will forever be back for our anniversaries ❤️

We had our wedding ceremony here on July 6, 2024! It was absolutely everything we had dreamed and hoped for. The only regret we have is not having our reception here as well, but our reception hall was gifted to us which was a blessing as well. The Arches is absolutely beautiful for any event. There is so much space to add any decor that you like and even without any decor it is beautiful. Our guest loved it here. The bride and groom suites are amazing adding more convenience to be able to get ready on site. Jane and Larry are very kind, helpful, and just all around amazing. They were quick to respond to any messages regarding questions or concerns that we had. Some of my family came up from down south and they wanted to see the venue and they allowed us to come in anytime as long as there wasn’t an event currently going on. They allow you to pick your own vendors also. They do have recommendations on vendors that you could choose just ask them!! If you’re looking for an affordable and absolutely beautiful place to hold your event, The Arches will not disappoint!! From start to finish we loved this venue and the owners! We had been searching for a venue for a while but once we came across The Arches, our hearts were stolen! If the place isn’t enough to get you, Jane & Larry WILL! They are the most kind and caring people we have ever met and we had the most pleasant experience here. As the bride, Jane was always near by and always checking in to make sure I was okay. Her communication was always great. She’s always available for a phone call to make you feel at ease about your big day! 10/10 would recommend this venue ❤️

Had our wedding ceremony and reception here in early November, and I wouldn’t change it for the world! Jane was extremely helpful throughout, and when she couldn’t show up, her husband Larry sure did! Love these two, and we love the venue. Midway Arches was the ideal wedding venue for someone who wanted a beautiful place to get married but did not have the budget for crazy expensive. The DIY factor of the venue meant that my (now) husband and I could find a cheaper caterer to fit our budget and still get the elegance of this beautiful site. Jane and Larry are saints they were always available for questions and they are the reason our day went so smoothly! 10/10 recommend Arches for any event!

We held our wedding here on October 21st, 2021. The venue is absolutely beautiful and our pictures turned out so amazing with such a perfect backdrop. Our guests were awestruck by the gorgeous windows and high arched ceiling. There are numerous places in and around the venue that are perfect for photo opportunities. Our wedding party was also able to get ready in the large suite provided right next door. The on-site manager, Jane, was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy. She gave us the freedom to use vendors of our choosing, and decorate how we wanted. She was very involved in planning and communicated with us almost daily in the weeks leading up to our event. She was there on the day of our wedding as well, helping us with logistics and set up. I would highly recommend anyone planning a wedding (or any event) to strongly consider Midway Arches. Best venue ever!

However restroom situation could be improved, there are only 2 restrooms available and they are single stalls. Insulation could have been better, I know they cranked the heat but it seemed like it was still struggling to warm up the place.
