Our wedding venue rental gives you the freedom to create a celebration that reflects your style, with access to our distinctive indoor and outdoor spaces, private getting-ready suites, tables and chairs, on-site parking, and support from our venue team.

With space for up to 170 guests, The Arches is ideal for couples looking for a memorable Chester County wedding venue without the limitations of a traditional hotel or ballroom.

WEDDING CEREMONY

(up to 12 hours the day of the wedding | additional hours at $150/hour)

INCLUDES

Up to 5-6 hours of guest time: Ceremony | Cocktail Hour | Reception

Up to 5-6 hours setup and/or getting ready in theSUITES (hair, make-up, photos…etc)

Chairs | Tables | High Tops for up to 170 guests (linens/place settings provided by caterer or client)
Linens can be ordered through the venue’s linen company www.werentlinens.com

2 venue managers that assist with venue coordination and client support (ask about wedding planner/decorator recommendations for all the details, decor & more)

— Assistance with initial setup of tables & chairs for indoor events

Onsite Parking on Chestnut St and Diamond St

All clients have access to all locations on the grounds; the main venue, newly renovated suites: detached bridal suite and grooms room, Ceci’s (the lower level), 2 outdoor grass courtyards, wrap around porch and parking lots.

ADD

Outdoor on-site ceremony – Discuss chair rental fee, setup/takedown with venue coordinator

+$150 rehearsal only for one hour (if venue is available)
+$125 per hour of additional setup time or when bringing in light fare for rehearsal.
End time must be 10PM – Additional hour 10-11PM $300

ADDITIONAL $500 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED

(This will be included in your final payment & will be used if damage occurs, venue is left unclean or for additional hours used the day before or day of your wedding)

Micro Wedding Pricing (Sundays Only) $3600

Sundays at the Arches offer a lighter more relaxed rhythm-perfect for couples who want a beautiful celebration without a full-day timeline. Our Sunday Micro-Wedding package is thoughtfully designed for intentional gatherings that feel meaningful, joyful and unhurried.
