Our preferred vendor partners are incredibly skilled, consistently professional, and know our space and event flow—so planning feels easier and your day runs more smoothly. Most importantly, we trust that they will take care of you, your family, and your friends with the same warmth and hospitality that we strive to provide. Our goal is for everyone to feel at home, supported, and genuinely cared for from start to finish.
Other than finding the perfect venue, one of the most important partners you will choose is your caterer. We always recommend starting with one of our preferred caterers, because they already know The Arches, understand how events run here, and have a proven track record of taking exceptional care of our couples and their guests. We want you to find a team that fits your vision, style, and budget—and if you’re looking for a specific cuisine, dietary accommodations, farm-to-table, or even a food truck, we’re happy to help connect you with caterers who have already worked at The Arches and know how to help your day feel seamless and stress-free.
Below you will find a list of recommended vendors, but you are still welcome to bring in your own caterers and vendors. We are always happy to help you find the right team to support your event vision. If your caterer does not have a bartender or wait staff, see the list of Preferred Bartender/Waitstaff below.
If you choose to use a caterer who is not on our preferred or previously approved list, there will be a $250 additional fee.
Event Planners
A wedding planner manages the wedding-day details like your timeline, vendor coordination, décor execution, and keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish. At The Arches, our event managers oversee the venue and property needs while making sure you, your family, and your guests feel cared for and supported throughout the day (we support the details, but we don’t manage them).

Bartenders & Waitstaff
All bartenders at The Arches must have PA RAMP Certification and carry liquor liability insurance in their own name—alcohol cannot be served without this. For that reason, we recommend using one of our preferred bartenders (or confirming these requirements before hiring your own), and clients are responsible for purchasing their own liquor, beer, and wine.

Because The Arches is a high-ceiling venue, the acoustics can be a little challenging, and having the right DJ makes a huge difference in sound quality for your music, officiant, and speeches. Our preferred DJs already know the space and how to set up and adjust properly, so everything sounds clear and runs smoothly from start to finish.
